Three tips for a good breakfast -
1. Source your pork sausage locally – with no herbs and spices, smoked rindless back bacon.
2. Free range egg, preferably from your own hens – why not try a Kitchener egg (you need to stay at Churchhill Farm, Lighthorne to experience this!)
3. A non meat breakfast – smoked haddock poached in milk with a poached egg on the top with toast on the side.
