Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard) but this carries a 2% administration charge (not on deposits). Deposits are not refundable.
Reservations should be confirmed at the time of booking with credit card details including expiry date, security code and issue number if necessary (we do not charge the card). We also need full name and address of the card holder and a contact telephone number. We request an arrival time and details of parking requirements and ask that check-in time is confirmed by telephone, if possible, a few days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation of accommodation within 7 days of the due date of arrival, a full charge will be made unless we are able to re-let the room at the full price. Please be aware that should you fail to arrive, you will be charged.
Check In/Check Out Times:
Your room will be ready anytime from 4.00 p.m. If you are going to be later than 9.00p.m. please let us know.  Your room will be required by 10.30a.m. on day of departure.
Children: Regret not under 8 years.  
Smoking: Church Hill Farm is strictly non smoking.
