Welcome to Church Hill Farm........bed and breakfast close to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon & Leamington Spa.
          Ideal for Warwick Castle, and just a short drive from Stratford upon Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

An idyllic country bed and breakfast close to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Royal Leamington Spa, Church Hill Farmhouse is set in rural Warwickshire Farmland and offers a friendly, informal atmosphere in unique surroundings within the heart of the delightful village of Lighthorne in Warwickshire. Situated just north of the Cotswolds, the house is an ideal base for exploring the region.

The historic Cruck farmhouse (grade II listed, dating back to the 15th century) has been a family home for hundreds of years and contains fine antique furniture.  There are just 3 spacious bedrooms all with well equipped ensuite bathrooms.

Convenient for Warwick Castle, Compton Verney art gallery, The Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon, Jaguar and Landrover, Aston Martin and Warwick University, Church Hill Farm bed and breakfast guarantees a warm and friendly welcome, hearty breakfasts using local produce and an enjoyable & relaxing stay.

In the evening, why not try the Antelope pub.  It's just a few minutes walk into the village and serves great food.
